The Reading Promotion Team coordinates the whole school's reading scheme and activities to encourage students to learn from reading and lead them to improve their reading ability and humanity, such as "Meet the author" and "We invite you to read a good book". The Reading Promotion Team invites the teachers and students to participate in regular reading-sharing activities to develop the habit of reading of the students.
The Team also advocates online reading, for example, the Reading Contract on the platform of HKedCity and the Online Reading Platform "Hyread". Students are encouraged to join the activity "I am an author". Their articles will be published as "The Page".
Reading elements have been infused into language and non-language subject curricula to encourage students to learn through reading. In addition, students are provided with opportunities to apply knowledge of related subjects to achieve an in-depth understanding of the reading content based on the objectives of the study.
