Our school's Athletics team focuses on track and field events and long-distance running, aiming to cultivate excellent athletes and leaders. Our coaching team develops personalized training plans based on each athlete's characteristics and potential. From starting positions to stride rhythm, from acceleration to finishing sprints, we provide professional guidance to help students continuously improve their speed and technique. In terms of long-distance running, we prioritize the development of endurance. Whether it's middle-distance or long-distance running, we provide systematic training, including interval training, long-distance training, and speed variation training, to enhance students' endurance and stamina. Most importantly, we hope that through track and field training, students can cultivate exceptional resilience and perseverance.
