The "Pui Tak Guardians Association" is an organization under the school Pastoral Care Board. It was established in the 2019-2020 academic year and is one of the most important student leadership organization in Pui Tak. It was formerly known as the Discipline Prefect Team. Our team name in Chinese represents the meaning of nurturing, inheriting, companionship, and growth, aiming to allow senior students to interact with junior students in a gentle manner. Through the role of big sisters, they establish positive relationships with their junior counterparts, making it easier to guide them towards positive behavior if any deviations are observed.
The " Pui Tak Guardians Association " combines the student leaders form different pastoral teams to promotes student growth. In addition to maintaining campus discipline and order, the Guardians also assist different school departments in organizing various activities for the whole school. Senior students are also paired with students from Form 1 to Form 3, with each senior taking care of a designated number of junior students. It is hoped that the senior students can establish positive relationships with their junior counterparts, providing guidance and support in various aspects, including grooming and sharing subject selection experiences.
The school also provides leadership training for the senior students to enhance their leadership abilities and sense of responsibility. This enables students to excel in different job roles and contribute their talents effectively.
